Return & Exchange Policy
At Leileistone, every item is carefully handpicked with the intention of bringing unique beauty and thoughtful design into your home. Many of our products are textile-based and crafted with natural materials. As such, slight variations, minor shedding, or small imperfections are not considered defects, but rather part of the character and authenticity of each piece.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all packaging intact.
Items returned with clear signs of wear, damage, or missing parts not due to our error will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Products that have been used, washed, or altered.
Custom or special-order items.
Gift cards and digital products.
3. Textile-Specific Note
Because our collection includes textiles and hand-finished items, please understand that:
Natural shedding, loose threads, or minor irregularities are normal and not eligible as “faulty” reasons for return.
Color tones may vary slightly due to lighting or screen differences.
4. Process for Returns & Exchanges
Please contact us at support@leileistone.com before sending any item back, stating your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed defective or incorrect.
5. Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive the item.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item is no longer available, we will issue a refund.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
